How do you grade the condition of your used vinyl?

We follow the Goldmine Standard for grading. Every record is visually inspected and play-tested when necessary to ensure accurate ratings from Mint to Good Plus.

How are the records packaged for shipping?

We use heavy-duty, corrugated cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Records are shipped outside of their jackets (unless sealed) to prevent seam splits during transit.

What is your return policy for damaged or skipping records?

If your record arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please contact our support team with your order number.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

Since we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, please contact us within 2 hours of placement if you need to make any changes or cancellations.
