Honestly the best introduction to Smith’s discography, and in my opinion, his strongest and most accessible album as a whole. Either/Or (named after philosopher Kierkegaard’s book) is a moving compilation of some of his best tracks including ‘Ballad of Big Nothing’, ‘Say Yes’ and ‘Between The Bars’, (my personal favourite track being ‘Rose Parade’) with Smith’s trademark soft layered vocals and incredible instrumentals, Either/Or will definitely leave you hooked!
